Changmin’s Health Condition

The boys are really unlucky lately. None of their physical condition looks good at all. Changmin’s condition sounds quite serious to me, I’m not sure of the truth of this but he has lost a considerable amount of weight and all. Plus it was mentioned on M-ON that he hasn’t been eating well at all?
"Yesterday Changmin went to the hospital at midnight.
But he didn’t stay very long, went to the ward area, it may only be a simple matter of seeing the doctor.
But Changmin’s gastric problem is likely to be very serious.
Ever since Asia Song Festival to the Encore Concert this time, he has obviously seemed to lose about 7-8kg. He was holding his stomach when he was singing. I know he has a habit of doing that, but he seems to be doing it tighter this time.
The Japanese fans we met told us that Changmin’s gastric problem has been dragging on for a long time, lately he’s been unable to eat well. Vomited. Dong Bang Shin Ki held a press conference after the "TVXQ The 2nd Asia Tour Concert "O" Seoul Encore’ on the 28th.
When asked their feelings upon achieving first on Japan’s Oricon charts, they said of their feelings at the moment, "We didn’t believe it, to say the truh we thought we would only get second."
They even said, "Of course, it’s also very outstanding to be at number two, but we really didn’t think that we will get number one, we heard the news when we were taking jacket photography for a single and were too happy to go along with the predetermined concept for the shoot, we were very happy. if you see the photos carefully you can see our delight."
Dong Bang Shin Ki will be leaving on the 29th after three days of the concert for activities in Japan. They plan to go to Malaysia on the 24th of November, Thailand on the 15th and 16th of December, and will be going to Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong early next year for the concert tour.

The students at the school where we shot at have also heard songs from our album, they liked "Hey Girl" and "O Jung Ban Hap".
-How is U-Know Yunho’s back injury
"The injury came from the waist, the lumubar vetebrate. The management did not allow Yunho to go on stage at first, but because we haven’t done activities in Korea for a long time, we were afraid that the fans might be disappointed
if they don’t see us together. So we have continued to perform this three days despite the ache and pain."
-Future plans for activities include..
"For the short-term we will be focusing on Japan activities, and also will be attending activities in China and Taiwan for the Asian tour. We will be going to Japan on the 29th and releasing a new single on the 14th.
There will also be publicity activities with Koda Kumi. Now we don’t need a translator in Japan and are able to communicate, and many Japanese know us, so we haven’t been going out too often."

TVXQ to introduce a special fan event in conjunction with their Seoul Encore Concert

Dong Bang Shin Ki will be introducing a special fan event in conjunction with their Seoul Encore Concert. This event is proposed by the boys themselves. Three best articles will be chosen among the fans. They will receive gifts from Dong Bang Shin Ki and also have a chance to spend a memorable time together.

SM To Launch Artist’s Acting Careers

SM Entertainment is going to spread its wings yet again, by producing a film starring 3 of its current ‘museum of stars’. Bets on BoA getting a starring role are high, considering how she talked about dabbling in acting. The Dong Bang boys may also be riding on the wave from their popularity out of drama-wannabe Vacation to garner some of their members a shot.
At the press conference in Pusan on the 8th, it was announced that the 3 as-yet-unknown artists would be taking part in a TV adaptation of Japanese manga artist, Soda Masahito’s Dance! Subaru. It’s a story about a ballerina and her tribulations before reaching her dreams of becoming a real dancer. As to why they have chosen a Japanese comic over Korea’s own manhwas is beyond me. And I’m not certain this is the right way to go, seeing how SuJu made a flop out of theirs.
But regardless of SM’s past poor performance, it would be interesting to see fans reaction once SM releases the leads of the movie.

SM: Super Junior was never a permanent group
At approximately 4:00 PM on the afternoon of the 24th, over 270 high school and college students swarmed towards the official SM building and formed a "Against Adding a New Member to Super Junior Joint Committee." After SM Entertainment subtly announced a plan for adding a new member to Super Junior, fans immediately objected and formed a silent protest.
Wearing surgical masks, holding signs that plastered "13" all over the board, sitting in straight lines, they silently protested against the action. Some raised signs and said, "SJONLY13" and "SM what do you want?" and other similar words.
Nearby there was a huge sign hanging from a tree, with the words, "We are not naive children causing trouble. We are guarding the treasured courage. My name is FAN." It took well over $1000 won to create the sign.
When SM created Super Junior, they publicized the group with the tagline, "The gate towards stardom in Asia" and stated that this group is a project group with an uncertain amount of members. Currently Super Junior has 13 members, however this was not what the fans want.
According to one of the protesters, although Super Junior was originally a project group, after the release of "U" last year in June, SM announced through the media that Super Junior will stay as a permanent group. Therefore having plans to add the Chinese HENRY and debuting SUPER JUNIOR-CHINA is lying to the fans.
Another student said, "We do not want Henry or anyone else to be added in Super Junior. We want Super Junior to be a safe 13-membered group. We support Super Junior to target overseas markets, but not with Henry. Henry was not originally a Super Junior member. We will protect Super Junior’s name." She also added, "We’ve started the protest on the 21st and at that time we had over 400 people. We’ve also sent many messages to SM about the situation, but they did not reply. We will continue to protest until SM gives us an official answer."
For this, SM said, "We never stated that Super Junior was a permanent group. The fans had it misunderstood. Super Junior was formed as a gate to stardom in Asia, therefore our Chinese trainees like HAN KYUNG were added."
They also added, "With the formation of Super Junior-China and doing activities overseas, more people will recognize Super Junior and it will help the group create a greater popularity. We hope fans will continue to support Super Junior."
On another side, some 50 people supported Super Junior to have an extra member, and held signs with words, "We support Henry’s addition," to create more controversy.
Future activites of Super Junior and fans’ interaction will be closely followed by the media.
SM Chief Lee Gets Global Frontier Award, 2007-10-22

SM Entertianment Chairman Lee Soo-man has been recognized for his contribution to the Korean culture boom of hallyu.
On Friday in Seoul, he received the Global Frontier Award at the Global CEO award ceremony and case presentation. Over the years, Lee’s SM has created a slew of top idol singers and bands such as HOT, BoA, TVXQ and Super Junior. He was recognized for playing a leading role in the hallyu boom all across Asia and for boosting national brand value.
After recieving the award, Lee also presented the success story of the hallyu phenomenon. He introduced SM Entertainment’s overseas advance strategy, including a three step localization strategy.
He said, "Once the Asian network gains stream, the Asian market will grow to compete with the US and Europe. SM Entertianment will continue to foster Asia’s culture market as a leader of Asian pop culture and carry on various projects to raise Korea’s profile."

Recently, TVXQ was on a program and this question was posed to them: What animation character would you like to become? Their answers were somewhat unexpected.
Yunho’s choice was: Tsukasa Domyoji in Hana yori Dango. His reason was because he felt that ‘This character isn’t a bad character, and is simple minded/ innocent"

Junsu’s choice was: Sun Wu Kong/Monkey God in Journey to the West because he was teleport around in seconds and he can ride on clouds.

Have you watched the relatively new talk/variety show on Monday nights on MBC that was supposed to rival SBS’ Yashim-man-man? Jipi Jigi suffered low ratings after initially receiving praise from fans. MC Park Soo Hong and MC Lee Young Ja were replaced this week by new MCs Park Myung Soo and Hyun Young. Lee Young Ja’s diminishing popularity is after displaying bitter feelings toward Kang Ho Dong (saying he took her image and therefore her MC jobs) as well as her diet scandal a couple years ago.
After 14 years in the business, Park Myung Soo will have his first main MC position. Go Park Myung Soo!

25일 콘서트 연습도중 ‘요추 횡돌기 골절’이라는 부상을 당한 유노윤호는 “3~4주간 안정을 취하라”는 병원 진단을 받은 상태로 26일부터 3일간 열릴 ‘동방신기 The 2nd ASIA TOUR CONCERT “O”(오) ~ SEOUL ENCORE’콘서트 역시 성사여부가 불투명한 상황이었다.
하지만 유노윤호는 자신의 의지로 콘서트를 강행하기로 결정했다.
26 일 오후 동방신기의 소속사 SM엔터테인먼트의 한 관계자는 뉴스엔과의 전화 인터뷰에서 “유노윤호가 부상에도 불구하고 ‘콘서트를 강행하겠다’는 의지를 밝혔다”며 “격렬한 퍼포먼스는 보일 수 없지만 콘서트에 참가하기로 소속사 측에서도 허락을 내렸다”고 전했다.
유노윤호가 당한 ‘요추 횡돌기 골절’은 골반에 강한 충격이 왔을 때 일어나는 것으로 심한 경우 허리뼈와 인대에도 손상을 입을 수도 있다.
동방신기의 한 측근은 “깁스를 할 수도 없는 부분이라 병원 측으로 부터 ‘안정을 취하라’는 진단을 받았다”며 “콘서트를 할 수 있을까 걱정도 했지만 유노윤호 본인의 의지가 워낙 강했다”고 유노윤호의 부상투혼에 대해 설명했다.

Lee Jun Ki With Broken Bones?

This month, Lee Jun Ki signed a contract for about ten million in Hong Kong currency, which is roughly 1.2 billion won, with a large entertainment agency in Hong Kong. This is the same agency that signed Lee Hyo-lee on in 2004 for 1 million in Hong Kong currency. Lee Jun Ki received about ten times the amount that Lee Hyo-lee did. A testament to his incredible popularity in China.
Lee Jun Ki will also be working with world star, Jackie Chan, who is known for performing stunts which result in broken bones. Chan will be choreographing dangerous action sequences for Jun Ki. Knowing how serious and hard working Jun Ki is when filming, he will probably insist on doing several of those stunts himself (without a stunt double).
